1. 18+ service
BoxMidfield is intended for users aged 18 and over. You must not use BoxMidfield if you are under 18. If you use information from BoxMidfield alongside a third-party gambling service, you are responsible for complying with that service's rules and all laws that apply to you.
2. Informational football analysis
BoxMidfield provides football analysis, probability-based views, ratings, tiers, estimated probabilities, fair prices, EV figures and historical results for informational purposes. BoxMidfield is not a bookmaker, does not place bets for users and does not hold gambling funds.
3. No guarantee of results or profit
BoxMidfield predicts probabilities, not certainties. Football is unpredictable and every published view can lose. Ratings, tiers and historical records describe evidence assessed at a point in time; they are not promises, financial advice, investment advice or guarantees of profit.
4. Your decisions remain yours
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use BoxMidfield information. You should consider your own circumstances, affordability, local law, third-party terms, prices and risk. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
5. Data accuracy and corrections
Football data, odds, team news, injuries, fixtures and results can change or contain errors. BoxMidfield aims to correct material errors when reliable evidence becomes available, but cannot promise that every item will always be complete, current or error-free.
6. Accounts
Creating an account is optional unless a feature requires one. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Do not share passwords or payment-card details with BoxMidfield support.
7. BoxMidfield Pro subscriptions
When paid checkout is enabled, BoxMidfield Pro is offered at £4.99 per month or £39.99 per year, unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.
You can cancel through the subscription-management route provided in BoxMidfield or Stripe. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Stripe processes payments on hosted payment pages. BoxMidfield does not receive or store full card details.
If a renewal price changes, the applicable price and any required notice will be provided before the new price is charged.
8. Cooling-off, cancellation and refunds
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights. Where UK law gives you a cooling-off right for a distance contract, that period is normally 14 days from entering the contract. How the right applies can depend on whether a service or digital content begins immediately and on any express consent or acknowledgement given at checkout. If you believe you are entitled to cancel or receive a refund under law, contact BoxMidfield support. A subscription cancellation that stops future renewal is separate from any statutory right to cancel the original contract.
9. Suspension and access
Pro access depends on a valid entitlement and verified billing status. Access may end if a subscription expires, is cancelled at period end, refunded, disputed or otherwise becomes inactive. BoxMidfield may also restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
10. Intellectual property
The BoxMidfield name, branding, interface, original written analysis and internal methodology are protected content. You may use the service for personal use but must not reproduce or commercially republish substantial parts without permission.
11. Responsible use
If gambling stops being affordable, controlled or enjoyable, stop. Do not chase losses. See Responsible Use for GamCare, GAMSTOP, bank-blocking and safer-gambling support.
12. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, BoxMidfield is not responsible for losses caused by a user's decision to gamble or otherwise act on probability-based football analysis.
13. Changes
Features, methodology descriptions and service availability may change. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date and, where required, additional notice.
